The price is $19 USD, one-time payment, no subscription. Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not handle card data directly. Depending on your billing country, local taxes may be applied by Stripe at checkout.
The PDF is delivered to the email address provided at checkout within a few minutes of successful payment. If you do not receive it within 30 minutes, check your spam folder. If it is still missing, write to info@lucadalessandro.org and we will resend it.
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m), Italian Codice del Consumo Art. 59(o), and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 reg. 37, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance purchases of digital content.
For this digital product, that right is extinguished once performance begins — i.e. once the PDF download link is sent to your email — provided that you have given your express consent and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery begins. By completing the purchase, you provide that consent.
If you did not receive the product due to a technical error, contact us at info@lucadalessandro.org and we will resolve it promptly.
Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, refunds are not offered as standard once the download link has been sent. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents access to the PDF, contact us and we will either resolve the issue or issue a full refund within 14 days.
